All bracelets are handmade, which makes them unique, but this also means they may be more delicate. If your bracelet breaks, please email us within 48 hours of the occurrence at bracelets.by.amari@outlook.com to arrange for a repair or replacement. Fixation is possible if the original colors and charms are still present, or we can fully replace them with a different bracelet. (Refunds are only available within the 48-hour window.)
Refunds will be issued efficiently if the bracelet was not delivered through USPS or arrived broken.
Safety Notice: Bracelets contain small beads that may pose a choking hazard to children under 6. Please do not leave children under 6 unsupervised with bracelets.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your bracelet, avoid submerging it in water for extended periods, as this can affect its durability and appearance.
Each bracelet is carefully crafted with love and inspected for quality, but natural wear and tear over time is to be expected.
Due to differences in lighting, screen displays, and bead availability, the colors of the actual bracelet may slightly differ from what is shown in photos.
Custom orders are final sales and are not eligible for refunds unless the item is damaged upon delivery or not delivered.
Bracelets are made with various materials, including beads, elastic, and metal charms. If you have allergies to certain materials, please contact us before purchase to confirm product suitability.
Bracelets by Amarii is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
Avoid excessive pulling, twisting, or stretching of the bracelet to maintain its durability.
